Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 May 2026
These terms apply when you use Priso (priso.nl). Short and fair: it is a free tool, use it sensibly, and we do our best without making warranties.
What is Priso?
Priso is a free online SEO and GEO audit tool. You enter a website URL, we run an automated audit using Claude AI, and we deliver a PDF report with findings and recommendations.
Who provides the service?
Priso is operated by Priso Holding B.V., Chamber of Commerce 59423218, VAT NL853475775B01, registered at Klapwijkse Eilanden 30, 2652 ES Berkel en Rodenrijs, the Netherlands. Founder: Richard van Leeuwen.
Use rules
You may use Priso for websites you own or have permission to scan. It is not allowed to: • Use the tool in an automated or excessive way (rate-limit: 1 scan per day per IP) • Scan third-party sites without permission with malicious intent • Misuse the API or infrastructure • Scrape or reverse-engineer the service We reserve the right to block abuse without prior notice.
What you get
A PDF report per audit, generated by Claude AI, with SEO score, GEO score, prioritised recommendations and (where relevant) concrete fixes with code snippets. The report is a snapshot; actual ranking impact depends on your execution and on factors outside our control (Google algorithm updates, competition, etc.).
No warranties
Priso is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that: • The audit is complete or error-free • Recommendations actually lead to better rankings • The service is available at all times The tool is a helper, not a replacement for an SEO specialist or agency.
Liability
We are not liable for damage arising from the use of Priso or from following recommendations in an audit report. The report is advice, not instructions. Implement with care or have a professional review them.
Costs
The current tool is free during our test phase. If we introduce a paid version in the future, that will be communicated clearly and additional terms may apply.
Termination
You can stop using Priso at any time — there is no account to cancel. We can also discontinue, modify, or block a user if the use rules are violated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
