Priso is a free SEO and GEO audit tool. We collect as little as possible and use nothing for advertising or resale. Below we briefly explain what data we process, why, and what your rights are — fully GDPR-compliant.
Who is responsible?

What data do we process?
For each audit we process: the website URL you enter, your IP address (for rate-limiting: one scan per day per visitor), timestamps and the resulting score. If you leave your phone number to receive the report on WhatsApp, we store that number alongside the audit, together with the timestamp of delivery. The content of your website is crawled only during the scan and not stored afterwards. The PDF report itself is kept for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
Why do we process this data?
URL and website content: to run the audit. IP address: to limit abuse and spam (rate-limiting). Phone number: solely to deliver the report on WhatsApp. We use none of this for advertising, profiling or resale to third parties.
Who do we share data with?
For the audit itself we use the Anthropic Claude API — the website content is sent to Anthropic to run the analysis. Anthropic is a sub-processor and adheres to EU privacy standards. For WhatsApp delivery we use our own internal WhatsApp gateway (on the same server). No external SMS provider. Beyond that we share nothing with third parties.
How long do we keep it?
PDF reports: 30 days, then automatically deleted. Audit metadata (URL, score, timestamp, IP): up to 12 months for analysis and tool improvement, then anonymised or deleted. Phone number (only if you provided one): deleted as soon as WhatsApp delivery succeeds, or within 30 days, whichever comes first.
Cookies
Priso uses no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, and no analytics like Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. We use only strictly necessary technical cookies (e.g. for your language preference). No cookie consent is required for these under the GDPR.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: • Access the data we hold about you • Correct or supplement • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") • Restrict processing • Object to processing • Data portability Submit a request via [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Complaints
Not happy with how we handle your data? Email [email protected] first — we'd rather resolve it directly. If that does not lead anywhere, you can file a complaint with the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Changes
This privacy policy may be updated as the tool evolves. The last revision date is shown at the top of this page. We announce material changes on the homepage or via a banner.
